Under this open world is a real 4-qubit quantum system (d=16 density matrices, f64). You never read it — you feel it:
Gravity: the wells and black holes are placed by the seed, but their strength breathes with the system's computed entanglement entropies — entanglement makes gravity here, the same emergence idea as the framework this game is built on. Black-hole horizons grow with the concentration of the live two-boundary outcome distribution; whatever falls in is measured by the boundary.
Species: every alien species is generated from the seed — name, block-built hull, behavior — and each carries its own measurement basis. The deeper you fly, the more species the universe generates. None are hand-authored.
Ships are made of quanta. Every block in a hull is bound to a qubit and the species' axis. Shooting a block off is a measurement — a real collapse fires along that block's basis, at the particle level, and the world's gravity re-shapes in response. Break enough quanta and the hull scatters into its blocks. Your own hull loses real blocks when hit; they regrow with your shields.
Storms surge when the temporal-nonclassicality witness goes negative — a computed quantity classical physics provably cannot make negative. Gold dust pays double.
Diplomacy: first contact opens a hail — offer peace or mark a species as prey. Friends escort and gift salvage; betray them and the whole species remembers. Ring guardians ignore diplomacy. Farm dead ships for ⬡ salvage and spend it in the FORGE (U) on hull, engines, trigger coils, and procedurally forged weapons.
The no-signalling identity Σp·M=ρ is checked continuously. Ship dynamics, meshes and lasers are game code; gravity, storms, collapses and the world's back-reaction are the real state.
